The upstream documentation is written assuming a merged-usr setup.
We tried to get that fixed upstream, but this was eventually rejected
and reverted [1]. So nowadays, we use a very simple sed expression [2],
trying to fix up the documentation as good as possible.
Feel free to send us an improved sed call, which addresses the issues
you see.
