Hi,

Would be nice if networkd was built with IDN support, it's adding
support for non ASCII DNS names.

The attached patch should enable it. The only problem for the time being
is that libidn is installed in /usr/lib and not /lib so I guess it
should be moved before this can be enabled (?).
