Hi everyone,

the next stable point release 8.4 is probably going to happen in the not
too distant future. In our jessie branch there are already a few fixes
piled up, so I think it would make sense to make a stable upload for 8.4.
In addition to what's already in the jessie branch, I also intend to
pull the fix from
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=810748
(dracut split-usr compat, fix in unstable/testing)
and
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=813696
(systemd-nspawn, pulled from upstream)

Any thoughts/objections on those two patches?

I intend to work on the stable upload this week and ask the stable
release team by the end of the week. If you have anything else which you
think should go into 215-17+deb8u4, please speak up.

Regards,
Michael
