Please follow /usr/share/doc/systemd/README.Debian.gz "Debugging
boot/shutdown problems", check what "systemctl list-jobs" shows in the
debug shell when the hang is occurring, and do something like
"journalctl -b > /root/journal.txt" to save the journal. Please attach
the list-jobs and journalctl outputs here.
