Bug#812190: timesyncd: insufficient documentation / timesyncd.conf(5) does not exist

Hello,

systemd-timesyncd(8) / systemd-timesyncd.service(8) makes no mention
of how to configure timesyncd, e.g., set NTP servers.

Apparently the config file is /etc/systemd/timesyncd.conf, which
exists and mentions timesyncd.conf(5). The latter man page is not on
my system.
