  can still reproduce the problem with Jessie (8.3)

How to reproduce?

1. Login as usually (gnome)
2. Open gedit editor
3. Close gedit editor

Once you do that, dconf automatically recreate the 
/run/user/1000/dconf/user file with root:root as owner/group and the 
following error is raised:

Jan 25 12:10:18 dev gnome-session[2120]: (tracker-miner-fs:2294): 
dconf-CRITICAL **: unable to create file '/run/user/1000/dconf/user': 
Permission non accordée.  dconf will not work properly.
Jan 25 12:10:28 dev gnome-session[2120]: (tracker-miner-fs:2294): 
dconf-CRITICAL **: unable to create file '/run/user/1000/dconf/user': 
Permission non accordée.  dconf will not work properly.
Jan 25 12:11:18 dev gnome-session[2120]: (tracker-miner-fs:2294): 
dconf-CRITICAL **: unable to create file '/run/user/1000/dconf/user': 
Permission non accordée.  dconf will not work properly.
Jan 25 12:11:28 dev gnome-session[2120]: (tracker-miner-fs:2294): 
dconf-CRITICAL **: unable to create file '/run/user/1000/dconf/user': 
Permission non accordée.  dconf will not work properly.

This is a mess because if you don't fix the permissions manually, the 
system (gnome session) freeze after some time...
