You reported the bug on i386, so I built packages with that patch for
that arch, and put them on
https://people.debian.org/~mpitt/tmp/systemd-808151/
You can use that as an apt source by adding
deb [trusted=yes] http://people.debian.org/~mpitt/tmp/systemd-808151/ /
to /etc/apt/sources.list (or sources.list.d/pitti.list or similar),
then running "apt update" and "apt upgrade".
