HI,
This has long been fixed upstream.
I haven't used stable myself since 2003 (only testing/sid/experimental);
so I don't have much real-world experience of backports.
Here it's just a matter of a 1-line changelog:
http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab-maint/systemd-cron.git/commit/?h=backport&id=119686471b82fed29ce42b4bf323d5c8992592a1
(I can't upload because I have not the bacport ACL yet and https://rt.debian.org/ is down)
I guess this bug is not big enough to desserve an upload
to stable; you could just use vixie-cron as well
if a full-featured crontab editor is needed;
or pin this one package from testing.

well, naturally, because this package
depends on systemd-sysv.
Greets, Alexandre
