Hi,

please consider lowering the priority of sysv-rc from required to
optional. It's no longer needed on a system with systemd as init system.

The sysvinit-core package has explicit dependencies on initscripts and
sysv-rc, making sure that those packages are pulled in if an
alternative init system is used.
