Bug#826788: fsck run before unmounting?; failed unmounting /home.

Here we see fsck is apparently run _before_ unmounting file systems.

And maybe that is why we see
Failed unmounting /home?

Also there is a Failed unmounting /tmp I can send if you are interested.
