Bug#827402: udev-230-2: /var/lib/dpkg/info/udev.prerm called with unknown argument 'deconfigure'

I have the problem when doing "apt-get dist-upgrade":

Bug #809744 and #809743 read that the problem is fixed in v228-3, but I am
installing 230-2. I was able to recover/continue using "apt-get -f install".
