Well, after looking at the logs more closely, this is just a
supposition. The ifup-related logs are really strange and the
"su vinc17 ..." should have never occurred here. However I
suppose that the ifup issue is unrelated because it has occurred
at least since December (I didn't use log verbosity before) and
the time out has occurred only since the upgrade to systemd 230.
