init-system-helpers stable update

Hi,

I'd like to push for a stable update of init-system-helpers to fix
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=768456 in stable.  Do
you think it's a reasonable request?  The fix was committed right after
the release of 1.22 (the current stable version), during the freeze.
I use 1.23 on several jessie systems without issues.
