control: reassign -1 python3.5

Hi,

This is a bug in python3.5 that has already been reported several times.

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?repeatmerged=yes&src=python3.5
#821877 [i|u☹|=↝] [python3.5] python3.5.1-11 causes a 90 second delay to startup time on cinnamon desktop
#822431 [i|u☹|=↝] [python3.5] python3.5: regression in -11: always calls getrandom() at start, causing long hang after boot
#823337 [i|u☹|=↝] [python3.5] systemd: Boot stalls for 90 s at early boot (system-generators terminated by signal ALRM)
#823346 [i|u☹|=↝] [python3.5] systemd[1]: system-generators terminated by signal ALRM.

This is still being worke-on upstream:
http://bugs.python.org/issue26839

Here at home we're used to the
"hammer random keys on the PS/2 keyboard at boot to generate enthropy" workaround

Greets,

Alexandre
