Bug#843989: Please merge "fstab-generator: add x-systemd.mount-timeout" in v232

Hi!

Upstream just merged a patch fixing issue #4055 [0]; it would be really
nice if you could merge this in v232, since the next systemd version is
probably still some months away and this significantly simplifies
mounting large btrfs file systems!
