Actually, both are included. The i-s-h version is just not considered
by apt due to the lower version number:

% apt-cache policy dh-systemd
dh-systemd:
  Installed: 10.2.2
  Candidate: 10.2.2
  Version table:
 *** 10.2.2 500
        500 http://deb.debian.org/debian sid/main amd64 Packages
        500 http://deb.debian.org/debian sid/main i386 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     1.45 500
        500 http://deb.debian.org/debian sid/main amd64 Packages
        500 http://deb.debian.org/debian sid/main i386 Packages

I have done this in commit 3f00a7c.
