systemd, ejabberd and pam

Hello systemd team,

I could use some help from you with this bug:
https://bugs.debian.org/836711

It's about running ejabberd with pam (provided through the package
erlang-p1-pam) through systemd.

I would probably fix it by removing
"NoNewPrivileges=true" from the unit file, but maybe you have a better idea.

Please keep me CC'ed, I'm not subscribed to the list, or reply directly
to bug #836711.
