Stable is not  affected by a systemd crash and unstable has already been
fixed a couple of hours ago.

What you most likely see is related to
https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/4240 , but that's not a systemd
crash.
And your bug report doesn't contain any actual errors or log messages.
So assuming you really mean the issue referenced in the blog post, it
can safely be closed.
