/usr/sbin/invoke-rc.d doesn't have 15 char limit, so reassigning back to
opendnssec-signer. As mentioned earlier, this is most likely an issue in
/lib/init/init-d-script which is used under sysvinit or the init script
itself. My guess is on the former.

In jessie, your opendnssec-signer SysV init script didn't use
init-d-script, which would explain the regression in stretch.
