ntp, openntpd and chronyd all ship native service files in buster using
Conflicts=systemd-timesyncd.service

So only virtualbox-guest-utils remains, for which I've filed
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=873263

I'd say we should go ahead and drop
systemd-timesyncd.service.d/disable-with-time-daemon.conf and don't wait
for virtualbox to get #873263 fixed.

Thoughts, objections?
