The Arch Linux forums have a report for this bug also
<URL:https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/56733>.
As discussed there, once the system fails to boot, at the emergency
shell the ‘/usr/lib/systemd/systemd-cryptsetup attach’ command runs
without any problem.
There is a patch suggested for the bug in SystemD
<URL:https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/56733#comment164431>, which
others in that bug report say works for addressing the bug.
