That was way faster than I expected. I do mean tilegx support at large
here.  The currently submitted patches serve most of the packages that
need cross building. The native pass will require a magnitude more
patches and hasn't started yet.

I don't think there is much value in accelerating this fix. Having it
upstream is key. Do whatever means least work on your side wrt. this bug
report.
