hardware access groups for non-system users

Hello,

I got a bug report for adduser about users being added to the audio
group by default (#849265) causing trouble. I want to check whether
there are similar problems with the other default extra groups that are
set (when adduser is called for non-system accounts with
--add_extra_groups or equivalent). The list right now is:

dialout cdrom floppy audio video plugdev users

Should any others besides `audio` be removed from this default list?
