Source: casync
Version: 1+65-2
Severity: important

As seen at <https://ci.debian.net/packages/c/casync/unstable/amd64/>, the
casync autopkgtest is broken in 1+65-2:

adt-run [04:02:12]: test upstream: [-----------------------
[...]
+ mesontest --num-processes 1
Only ninja backend is supported to rebuild tests before running them.
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/mesontest", line 618, in <module>
    sys.exit(run(sys.argv[1:]))
File "/usr/bin/mesontest", line 609, in run

  File "/usr/bin/mesontest", line 383, in load_datafile
    self.load_tests()
  File "/usr/bin/mesontest", line 378, in load_tests
    with open(self.datafile, 'rb') as f:
FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/tmp/autopkgtest-virt-lxc.shared.0m42rvu1/downtmp/build.t30/casync-1+65/meson-private/meson_test_setup.dat'
adt-run [04:02:17]: test upstream: -----------------------]
adt-run [04:02:17]: test upstream: - - - - - - - - - - results - - - - - - - - - -
upstream FAIL non-zero exit status 1

In the previous version of the package, debian/tests/upstream invoked ninja,
which resulted in a passing test. This version of the package invokes
mesontest instead, with the above error.

Unfortunately Debian does not consider a regressed autopkgtest a blocker for
testing (which would be useful to help us improve the quality of the
release); but Ubuntu does, so FWIW this will block the new casync from
reaching the next Ubuntu release until fixed.
