Afaik this is hardware specific and due to an unreliable lid switch
which triggers the lid close event after the resume.

I'm not sure if there is something which can be done in systemd about
this, but I notice that the kernel changed its behaviour in that regard
recently, see https://bugs.debian.org/863257

Might be worth re-testing with the latest kernel from stretch.
