Bug#865779: systemd: timed out waiting for lvm devices

Control: reassign -1 lvm2
This appears to be a problem in lvm2 not marking devices as ready, so
systemd times out waiting for them.
Please attach the information of
reportbug --template lvm2
to this bug report so the lvm2 maintainers can help you diagnose the
problem. If this turns out to be a problem in systemd, please reassign back.
