Bug#858197: systemd-resolved: too verbose log message "Processing query"

Dear Maintainer,

systemd-networkd logs too much messages "Processing query" with info level,
should be downgraded to debug level.

Problem is already fixed in upstream v233,
one line patch: https://github.com/systemd/pull/5233

Please consider backporting to current Debian testing, this issue makes systemd-resolved
hardly usable on systems with limited log capacity if you do not want to disable all info
level log messages at all.
