Ack, missed that.  i usually use something like:

    $ apt-listbugs -s all list systemd | grep -i memory

to search for bugs related to what i'm seeing.  That bug is "Archived", so i guess it doesn't show up, and i can't seem to find a way to have that bug report match :-/  (is there some other CLI command i can use that'd find that?)
(i think that's what 'reportbug' does, and paging through the list visually is a LOT harder than doing the above CLI grep command)

Well, i'm gonna pull a Dr. McCoy on ya... ("Damnit, Jim!  I'm A Systems Administrator, Not A Software Developer!")

I guess it's not critical enough to me to invest time hunting it down right now.
Anyway, having a bug report that describes the condition/fix that's searchable by someone having the problem is "Good Enough For Me(tm)" at this time.
