Can you place share your complete configuration and then provide a debug
systemd-analyze set-log-level debug
systemctl restart systemd-timesyncd
journalctl -u systemd-timesyncd.service


Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the
universe are pointed away from Earth?
