Hi!

systemd-networkd fails to start on some machines with:

Nov 15 15:13:37 pathfinder systemd[1]: Starting Network Service...
Nov 15 15:13:37 pathfinder systemd-networkd[1799]: Could not enumerate rules: Operation not supported
Nov 15 15:13:37 pathfinder systemd[1]: systemd-networkd.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE
Nov 15 15:13:37 pathfinder systemd[1]: systemd-networkd.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.
Nov 15 15:13:37 pathfinder systemd[1]: Failed to start Network Service.
Nov 15 15:13:37 pathfinder systemd[1]: systemd-networkd.service: Service has no hold-off time, scheduling restart.
Nov 15 15:13:37 pathfinder systemd[1]: systemd-networkd.service: Scheduled restart job, restart counter is at 1.
Nov 15 15:13:37 pathfinder systemd[1]: Stopped Network Service.

This issue affects all my buildds which use systemd-networkd for networking.

Upstream fixed this issue in [1]. Would it be possible to backport this fix?

Thanks,
Adrian
