Dear maintainer,

This package refers to the text of the Creative Commons Zero license by its URL
on creativecommons.org; as far as I understand, the Debian policy requires that
we ship the actual text of the license [0].

I requested (in #882628) that CC0 be shipped in /usr/share/common-licences, so
it might become possible to refer to that file if you do not wish to include the
whole text in debian/copyright.
