I'm sorry but you're wrong and you need to reopen this!
We're dealing with a legal issue very different from the example you provided and these situations are completely different. As soon as the hard coded Google DNS servers kicks in, the Google Term of Service MUST be accepted, this is not something the user chooses to do in case of a bug in the application or a misconfiguration.
Please forward this to the people in Debian capable of dealing with serious legal issues as this clearly is something you lack the necessary knowledge to deal with!
This bug report MUST not be closed just like that as this is a major problem that needs to be solved!
