I would if I could.
The ARM device is from a supplier and currently there are no plans for
an Upgrade
to Stretch. (Jessie is still supported.)
I would even not rebuild it, but I must patch systemd.
The patch itself works fine under x86/64-Bit, but under armhf I cannot rebuild
(even without patch).
So I would say the patch is not the problem, because currently I am
not using it.
