No message when fsck is running at boot

Despite this is not related to plymouth nor "quiet" options, thanks for 
the hints. Anyway, I'm afraid the underlying problems remain:

1/ Is systemd-fsck (or whatever piece of software now manages) able to
handle this? If so, it should work as always.

2/ If systemd-fsck (or whatever) is unable to handle this, a working 
alternative should be provided. This is a usability issue.
