Package: systemd-sysv
Version: 240-1
Severity: wishlist

Hey.

Maybe I couldn't just find it, but it seems there is no central place
which describes which "legacy" packages can be removed when running
systemd... respectively which services could be (optionally) replaced
by which systemd service/subsystem.

Best example is perhaps: does one still need the packages initscripts,
sysv-rc, etc.?

Also, in earlier release notes of Debian I found for example, that it's
not recommended to run acpid with systemd(?).

One could additionally give hints like: you can replace cron with
systemd's cron ... or you could replace rsyslod/etc. with persistend
journalling by journald.

Cheers,
Chris.
