Bug#917599: systemd: build fails with missing meson.build file

Indeed, there it is.

At the beginning of the build, I have only these:
-rw-r--r-- 1 andrea andrea  161800 dic 29 10:40 systemd_239-13.debian.tar.xz
-rw-r--r-- 1 andrea andrea    4864 dic 29 10:39 systemd_239-13.dsc
-rw-r--r-- 1 andrea andrea 7157293 dic 29 10:40 systemd_239.orig.tar.gz

Then I unpack systemd_239-13.debian.tar.xz (which doesn't have the 
meson.build file in it) and try to build, getting the error.

I tried placing the file you provided directly in the toplevel directory 
but it still fails. Now, *that* is odd!
Not sure if meson_options.txt is also supposed to be present but adding 
it makes no difference.
