I rather believe the handling of Depends in autopkgtest is broken for
Depends that have modifiers (like [linux-any]) in the recent fix to
handle versioned provides well. Niko and/or I will probably be able to
say more later today.

By the way, if anything regarding migration is worrying you, tell me and
the release team and we'll see how to handle it. But please wait until
we have checked autopkgtest today.
