I'm going to reassing to bash and merge with
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=791342

I'm not sure if it's a bug in Xorg or bash's clear_console, I'll leave
it up to the respective maintainers to reassign if necessary.
