Be careful with full-upgrade, it does potentially bad things like in
this case replacing systemd:amd64 with systemd:i386 and always
double-check what it is going to do. For normal operation, apt upgrade
is safer, especially for sid, where packages can be temporarily not
installable. Still curious, why apt decided to do that in this case.

To fix your breakage, please switch systemd back to your native
architectue by running

apt install systemd:amd64
