I stopped caring about that, since I only have one machine having this
issue, and it's a machine for emergency use anyway I have decided that
this is going to be my first buster box.

btw, I tried backporting buster's systemd to stretch and failed with
backporting meson. After spending half a day to grok this, I decided to
try buster for a start.

I mean, there are IPv6 cripping bugs in stretch's systemd anyway that
will most probably never be fixed.
