Neither of the two options seem very compelling.
Shipping the *.xml files in the systemd binary package means it will be
installed on basically every system out there. The man/ directory is
weighing about 3.7M, that is simply too much to be installed on
everyones system when it's only needed for a very special case.
Introducing yet another binary package, systemd-src, only for
libconfig-model-systemd-perl feels like a lot of overhead.
So I'm not sure what to do about this. Shipping the files as part of
systemd is certainly a no-go, though.
