Bug#791944: /etc/init.d/sendsigs kills systemd-udevd upon shutdown, causing dmsetup to hang

I made an upload today which incorporates that patch (with a small fix
as udev needs a aproper ordering on shutdown against umountroot).

So it's no longer necessary that you create a MR.
Just wanted to let you know to avoid unnecessary work.
