Those are the changes from
https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/10067
which drop the usage of the hard-coded ABS_{SRC,BUILD}_DIR from the binaries

Those are the changes from
https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/10046
to make test-catalog work as installed test.
I've cherry-picked as well, as it made cherry-picking the commit from PR
#10067 easier.
