Just tested.  OK kernel:

4.9.0-8-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.144-3 (2019-02-02) x86_64 GNU/Linux

Borked kernel:

4.9.0-9-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.168-1 (2019-04-12) x86_64

Hmm.  Just noticed GNU/Linux tag is missing too..
