Bug#934174: interfaces are not up anymore in containers when using kernel 5.2

Hi,

when using systemd-nspawn containers, systemd 241 and 242 do not bring
up the interfaces when using kernel 5.2. with kernel 4.9 it works.

upstream fixed this, see:

Can you please apply the two patches to both unstable and experimental
with the next uploads of systemd? It will unbreak that I have to bring
up the interfaces from within manually on all my containers.
