Bug#918400: systemd: Shell style globs do not work as expected with the tmpfiles.d 'e' type

Dear Maintainer,

'e' lines in tmpfiles.d configuration does not support shell style
globs, contrary to the documentation.
The problem is already reported upstream:
https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/7369

And the (trivial) fix is included in systemd >= 236:
https://github.com/systemd/systemd/commit/65241c1485dbad934e22544cd9d8724f4d7ff91d

But the package in Debian stable is older and doesn't have it. Please
consider including above linked patch in the package.
