Bug#908796: udev 240-2: failed to connect to udev daemon (on boot)

Is 240-4 slated to get to the testing distribution soon? I track testing and would prefer not to mix in packages from sid, especially fundamental ones like udev.
This is a very serious bug that made the 240-2 version of udev unusable for me.
thanks,--jack
