Hi Michael,

I can confirm that this is no longer an issue with the version in testing:

$ apt-cache policy systemd
systemd:
  Installed: 241-1
  Candidate: 241-1
  Version table:
 *** 241-1 500
        500 http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian buster/main amd64 Packages
          2 http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian unstable/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I suggest that this bug can be closed.

Thanks for supporting this package.
