Sorry, this is a productive system, I cannot just do upgrades to
unstable in that network setup to check wether a bug reported and worked
around nearly two years ago was fixed upstream.

Addiitonally, the network that the system is located in was re-built in
the last two years and doesn't use HSRP any more.

I guess we'll see after buster release whether the issue is fixedin
whatever buster gets released with. Feel free to ping me to check whether
removing the workaround breaks the system or not.

I have made a note in the machine's work log and in the *.network file
to try removing the workaround during the buster upgrade.
