1. Add this to /etc/fstab.
UUID=broken_uuid	/mnt	btrfs	defaults	0 0
2. Reboot.
3. Wait for the prompt "A start job is running".
4. Login. Type "systemctl default" or "exit" to boot into default mode.
5. The system does not start.
